Prologue

Ever since the beginning. Ever since the human race appeared on the Earth and took dominance of the planet, they have been the prey. They have been stepped on and they have been the victims, the helpless ones. The proof is in many accounts throughout history, now considered to be only mythology or folklore by those who have forgotten. Forces of uncontrollable power, those with the abilities of the supernatural, spiritual beings.... They have tormented humanity. But no longer. No longer will we be the prey in those stories. We will take back what little dignity we have, one way or another. But.... when does redemption turn into blind vengeance?
