That was the word that best described the horse pulled wagon and the stranger that conducted it. It was like something that jumped from a children's story and it clashed horribly with the mundane dull streets of Little Whinging. Aunt Petunia would be screeching if she so much as saw this stranger, the horse and the wagon.

So naturally, Harry loved everything about it.
