A whole new country, far above the clouds. When crisis struck with their ruler in near death, a man named Hahlos hatches a plan to capture Wendy Marvell of Fairy Tail and use her powers to revive said ruler.

With their friend taken away, Fairy Tail starts a rescue mission with some outside help. However, being located far up the clouds as well as an unusual atmosphere, things won't be so simple.

To save a country? Or to save a dear friend?
