Prologue

Allegro thought he had died in a battle with the humans, only for him to awaken to a human caring for him, nursing him back to health. Once told he had three years to live, he leaves with her to find the Winter Spring.

As the sole royal family survivor, he has to take his place as king to replace his sister, but with his humans life on the line he goes on the run with her, doing his best to avoid vampires.
