After seeing her boyfriend Hwajin Na propose to her best friend,
she decided to run away. She wasn't thinking because of all the emotions she was feeling at once. I know it was a dumb move but as I said she wasn't in the right head space, maybe she should have heard him out. But after she found out she was pregnant and was about to tell him that night, what she saw completely broke her. I guess we have to see what the future holds maybe she'll meet him again, maybe, maybe not who knows.
