The Weathers and the Hughes have been family friends for years. Jocelyn grew up with the three Hughes boys, although her closest bond seemed to be with Luke since they were closer in age. During Jocelyn's junior year of high school, Luke got a girlfriend which left her heart broken. Now that they're in college and Luke was single, things were bound to change.
