Y/N L/N was a beautiful woman that is 1 year younger than Doc Hudson. She is from Europe with no family. She was a racer that fell in love with the Hudson Hornet cars, especially used for racing. One day, while racing against her fellow mates, she gets involved in an accident and lands in a coma for years. She has been transported to a small town called Radiator Springs for a better care and be under the supervision of a doctor named Doc Hudson.

But when Y/N finally wakes up from her coma, what will happen to her? She does know who Doc really is but will they fall in love?
