And ever since he first opened his eyes, life had been nothing short of relentless. It also didn't help that, as he grew, it just kept getting harder and harder to live with a smile on his face. Especially when he came home to a 7 day eviction notice taped to his run-down apartment door. But once he accepted giving up his dreams of being a well-off coffee shop owner, he came across a job request for an Au Pair, someone who is payed to care and teach children and do a bit of housekeeping chores while also living there. It was perfect. He could live there until he wasn't needed, then have plenty of money to open an even better coffee shop in a more populated place! Not to mention his employer, Mr. Levi Ackerman, is a total hotshot. If only Eren had a little bit more luck in life, though. Ackerman Manor is a beautiful Gothic house filled with many extravagant rooms. But with beauty also comes a darkness of some kind. And the darkness this place has packs a major punch. If the overwhelming darkness and secrets don't kill you, the shadows that walk the halls definitely will.
