Maisie and Jungkook are two individuals who live in a world where magic exists. Half the world's population is made up of magical beings. Most can only wield simple magic, but there are those rare magical beings, called powerful beings, who are capable of immense powers. Maisie and Jungkook are among the powerful beings. One would think that people with unlimited powers have it made, especially when it comes to love. But, it seems they both have found themselves in their own respective predicaments when it comes to love. Maisie is developing feelings for a coworker who wants nothing to do with magic. Jungkook has found the one he's destined to be with, but that person wants nothing to do with him.
