Prologue

The rose's thorns will need care in order to grow. The more the thorns grow, the safer the bushes are.

Greenleaf has settled among the Clans, but SleekClan is growing greedy for prey. Skirmishes over stolen prey take place with BushClan because of SleekClan's rogue actions.
After kittypet Rose leaps over the fence and discovers BushClan, she is given a choice to join this strange group of cats or not. But little does she know, her choice could either help or hurt BushClan for many seasons to come.
