"Bernard," Judy stopped me in my tracks. I stared back at her, not bothering to move a muscle on my face. "You know, it isn't good for you to keep things all bottled up," She shifted her weight onto one leg. "You know you can talk to me about things-" "Okay, how about this? I was going to propose to Angie on Christmas. I had plans, this whole month planned out." I spread my hand out in the air "Then a little birdy tells me that if something doesn't happen by a certain time, we may not have a Christmas, or a North Pole, and possibly a new Santa." My hand fell limply to my side, "So now, I have to put all my original plans to the side to make sure everything doesn't end up in a fiery ball of fire." I said all rather sharply, before realizing I shouldn't have said anything. Her eyes widened, "Uh-wow." "Crap," I sighed, shaking my head, "Just don't say anything." "You were going to propose?" Judy seemed more fixated on the first thing I said rather than all the ominous things. "You've only been dating for eight years! The elves are going to think something is happening. She's not with child, is she??" "Judy- No!" I put my hand over her mouth to stop her from loudly talking about pregnancy. "She's not... "with child". I don't know- Lots of humans think eight years is a long time." "But you guys aren't human." .。❅*⋆⍋*∞*。*∞*⍋⋆*❅。.
