Cove Tippet, from District 4, was not thrilled in the slightest to hear her name on reaping day, her brother was only reaped three years ago, to which she was forced to watch his brutal death, and now it was her turn. It did not ease her in the slightest to know that they'd be sharing the same mentors, one of which, was fifteen at the time, or that her partner saw her as dead as soon as she graced the stage. But she knew her mentor, as children, they had often played together, and swam with one another, up until four years ago, when he had been reaped, and she saw the acts of horror he had committed on the television, when he came back to their home a whole different person. No one had much faith in Cove, when her name was announced, she was a beautiful young woman but she was small and frail, and her looks seemed to be the only thing that could do her any favours, but she was determined to change their minds, to change everyones minds, and spoiler alert, that she did.
