Description
Jay has a secret...he has a superpower! The young man has an ability nobody else in this world of caped crusaders can fathom, the power of common sense. Unfortunately, Jay isn't very popular among fans or heroes. He's named Neo Houston's "worst sidekick ever," disliked by his assigned partners, and ignored by everyone. That is, everyone but his #1 fan, a man named Gannet. For some reason, the superfan is completely obsessed, enthusiastically cheering on his beloved "Quickwit" whenever he can. There's just one problem...Gannet is undoubtedly Neo Houston's most feared new supervillain, the dark and mysterious Stygian. Is it possible that the infamous villain truly admires Jay? Or does Stygian have more sinister motives? Jay will have to not only uncover the dark truths about his new foe, but also about Neo Houston and even himself. Can the hero keep his sanity when everything he knows is thrown into chaos? *Illustrations inside!* (updates once a week, when I can!)
