A 16-year-old boy gets a powerful Grimoire giving him the magic of the Azure Dragon that represents the element of wood. Even though he is only sixteen he is a known drunk even though when you talk to him you could hardly tell he is drunk and being drunk tends to weaken him in fights because he gets pretty emotional.

(Boom obviously this is based on Kaido from one piece and based on Chinese Mythology.)
