What if another family survived the Doom of Valyria? Everyone knows the story of the Targaryens fleeing Valyria and settling on Dragonstone before Aegon and his sisters conquered Westeros. But what if another house survived the Doom? The Maltheons were a noble house back in Valyria. They managed to flee at the very last minute right when Valyria collapsed into chaos and destruction. Centuries and decades later, they thrive far from Westeros and Old Valyria. But what happens when King Viserys I finds out about them and worse when he finds out they too have dragons?
