Chapter 1

Aemeryn Velaryon is the first born child of Rhaenyra Targaryen and Laenor Velayron. Upon birth, she was betrothed to her uncle, Aemond Targaryen. Life was great until Driftmark, and Aemeryn's family fleeing to Dragonstone. Years later, Aemeryn and Aemond must navigate love, loss, anger, and betrayal. Aemeryn can't help but wonder if she should have stayed on Dragonstone.
