It all started out with a cop in Illinois. And now, the bombs begin to drop and the assault commences. Now, the world is under the control of a new president, Jimmy Norton, who thinks power will make him better. So he decides to stage a daring plot, a plot to catapult the world into WWIII. A group of survivors living all throughout the barren lands of the United States, must join forces in Washington DC to defeat Jimmy. But will they succeed, or will the evil of this triumph?
