Chapter 1 - Neophyte

Cyril Forsyth thought it was the end for him when he got put on death row following his assassination of a congressman, but when he thought he'd hit the end of the line on his last day of death row, the escorts walked him right past the execution chamber, and into a moving truck. Next thing he knew, Cyril was an intern scientist at a top secret government laboratory known as Apex Facilities researching Goovanians, despising them for taking away from what it means to be human.
