In the city of Oakwood, street racing and cop chase is what it's known and thrives.....HEY!! This is HAX here, the hacker! I'm a hacker that is actually a cop in this story. But I made a software application for you guys so that you know the character bios. How's that? So I will be in the story but kinda....you know.....hidden?
