Tommy has spent plenty of time with Dream. Too much time if you asked him.

His adoptive "father".

If Dream was a father, he was a father from hell.

Tommy hates him, the rules and their house.

The night before leaving, he makes a wish.

To be whisked away from Dream, into another world.
