Completely rewritten!

Michaela doesn't want a normal life, but she sure as hell isn't satisfied with the one she has. Bred to be the best and endure the worst, she and her 'sisters' have lived their entire lives as science experiments. When the chance to escape arises, she and her team make a break for it. Nothing will convince her to go back, not even the enigmatic soldier with fire in his eyes.

But Michaela and the girls weren't the only ones to find freedom. Close behind them are another type of creation who knows nothing but hunger. As the creatures spread devastation, Michaela must find a way to stay one step ahead of the scientists who would rather kill them than let the world know of their existence.
