Maisy Miller was once a pouge on the island of outer banks. That was before everything changed.

Her presence crashes the island causing a disruption in the oceans currents and making the island her bitch.

Life had taken its course dramatically in the years she left and she is walking back to the island a new person completely. However, Maisys fears stops her from reuniting with her old friends.
