Noel Bright was far from confident. Born and raised in Atlas, she was often viewed as the lesser half of her twin brother. Colt was a prodigy with a sword, Noel could barely shoot straight. Colt aced all of his tests, Noel barely averaged a B. Colt would inherit the family, Noel would likely be married off to increase their influence...maybe that was why she ran away from home. As a Huntress, maybe she could actually be more than her brother's inferior sibling. Yin Feng was never meant to be a Hunter. He wasn't meant to be a protector or a hero. He wasn't even intended to be human. From the day he was born, he was meant to be a killer. Trained as an Assassin, the young man was never given much of a choice as to who he would become. But destiny is a funny thing, and it's never clear how much one person's actions can completely upend the fate you believed you were in store for. After all, Yin never believed he of all people would be scouted into Beacon. Orion doesn't need a last name. As far as he's concerned, he never has. Orion was abandoned at birth.
