So in dedication to my little Thomas and Friends phase coming back and pestering me. Ive decided to make a oneshot for my favorite ship/duo, James and Edward. There's only a bit of angst and fluff no smut cause ew • • This is an AU where the engines have human and engine forms and can change between whenever they like, at will. • • James is a very vain, narsisistic and an overly confident engine. But what many of his friends don't know is that he suffers from anxiety due to a crash that happened back when he first came to Sodor. There is only one freind he can trust with his anxiety with, and that friend is Edward. Out of all the engines, Edward is the only one who can help calm him of his anxiety (whether its an anxiety attack or just small little signs of anxiety,) because of his calm nature and just sweet personality.
