chapter 1: the first Halloween

Every Halloween a child of age 12 is taken by a young woman dressed as a princess. This ritual has continued over 30 years, but no one has been able to retrieve the children or catch the ' Halloween Princess'. So when inspector Becka Darling's niece is kidnapped, it is up to her to find the 'Halloween Princess' and solve the mystery of the missing children.
