Chapter 1: The Attack

Allison "Allie" Baker was living her life back home in the heart of New York city as part of the NYPD, not knowing soon her life would drastically be changed. Before she knew it, she was working for S.H.I.E.L.D and training under Maria Hill herself, the Directors right hand woman. It isn't until a discovery is made about her that she is moved in with the Avengers themselves causing her to create close relationships with all of them, but in particular Steve Rogers, aka Captain America himself. Will their relationship turn into more than just a friendship? Or will they be nothing more than just colleagues fighting the same fight to protect the people of Earth.
