Lottie Potter was taken before dumbledore could get to her and her twin so only Harry was saved. But what they don't know is that Lottie had to go through the Red Room and Hydra. She worked with Bucky the Winter Soldier to go on numerous tasks. But when Bucky never returned from a solo mission this take a bigger turn for Lottie.
