Chapter 1: Becoming the Rune Knight

Kazuma Satou had tragically died, and his soul was brought to heaven. A goddess mocked him, and Kazuma realized that she could be dragged into the other world he was offered, yet the more he pondered it, the more he realized she would be useless, and thus he chose to embark with an item he was offered. Upon arrival, he believes the world to be a standard RPG given a worldly form, and views people as such, yet as he fights, he grows to understand more of the people he meets and, as a result, becomes a legend.
