Knockout is minding his own business, but Starscream came in with his paint job completely ruined.

After that, Starscream dropped a bomb on KO, revealing that he is Trans and actually a She/Her.

The medic just gets so excited since he can choose Star's new paint job as he is making the transition surgery on her, and then the storie begins.
