Roxy Morgan is a TO at the LAPD police department. she has been working there for 5 years she hasn't dated anyone for 3 years ever since her husband Zack McGee left her and her 1 moth old baby, Arrow Morgan. 3 months later she died from a sickness, that was unknown till this day.
