In post-apocalyptic dystopian Luzon, the government called gay people "Aberrants". Homosexuality is considered an illegal act in the city known as Maharlika, and those who defy social norms will be imprisoned...or might be killed. For Tristan Rivera, being an Aberrant is a curse, and falling in love with someone might lead him to death. There are only two ways he could keep himself safe: keep his identity a secret forever or escape the city with the dangers lurking beyond the wall.
