A young man named Lawrence Anders volunteered to undergo a cybernetic surgery to become an astronaut. However the base base got attacked and a woman came in to fend off the invaders, allowing him to escape. Days later, he trains and becomes Kamen Rider Super-1 to try to topple the Dogma Empire.
