When Parker Storm is forced to move from his beloved hometown Chicago, he is less than happy to be moving to the small town of Rosemary. Parker seems to be having a hard time fitting in with the exceedingly happy, sun kissed- skinned, beach loving locals. But, when love comes knocking on his door, it might just change his mind.
