Rules and introduction

Dragons have, for a long time, been kept on their own world, with their own rules and societies. They've stagnated - nobody can escape the era that they've been in for the past five millennia. At least, not without help... and to those whom got that help, this is less of a cataclysmic emergency as it is a welcome home.
