Prologue

King Bera, ever the gullible man she trained him to be, nodded eagerly as he quickened his steps towards his awaited promise of pleasure. But as the furs were pulled from around her, Pride could not help her treacherous thoughts. She spent the remainder of her night distracted by the worried expression her enemy had just before he left. 'Why would an Angel ever worry for a Sin? Why would Humility ever worry for Pride?........ Would he come back and rescue her? Could she rescue herself?
