Chapter 1: A Sorting Ceremony

A new student is starting at Hogwarts this year. The strange bit is she's a 7th year. No one has ever heard of a student being enrolled so late. She immediately catches the attention of everyone around her including two Slytherin best friends.

The girl while eye catching never seems to keen to share the details of her path. Always pretending to have a "better to look ahead than behind" attitude.

But as she makes new friends and discovers old connections. Her secrets start to come out bit by bit.
