Description
Prince John is learning to be a knight, and who better to learn from than his famous older brother, the crown Prince? It's 1349 England, and for a nine year old boy serving as the Prince's Squire is the stuff that dreams are made of. Prince John is no exception, but he is far from ordinary. He prefers verbal duels to physical ones. Espionage, naval battles, and the usual amount of intrigue are about to ensue as John finds himself embroiled in the 100 years war. Inspired by true events, based on John of Gaunt's knighthood training under Edward, the Black Prince of Wales. Trigger/Content Warning: some brief peril, some mild profanity. Some suggestive dialogue. It is made clear teenage characters are having sex (nothing explicit). War and battle are discussed.
