After moving to Nockfell, the young and enigmatic Sal Fisher meets a group of teens just his age. They get along and love each other like family. He meets another boy, too.
He has olive skin and bleach-blonde hair. His smile was sour and mean, but Sal liked it. He was different, in a way, from others. Of course, he bullied and tormented Sal, but could that have stemmed from something deeper than Sal's differences?
