Cassidy Jackson is a film student studying in New York when her childhood friends, Mindy, Chad, and Tara move to NYC, attempting to escape their past in Woodsboro.

Months after reconnecting with her old friends and neighbors from her hometown, Ghostface makes a new appearance. But in New York, it's harder to know who to trust.

Cassie is drawn to Chad's curly haired roommate, Ethan. But he may just end up being more trouble then he's worth. It doesn't stop her from befriending him though, attempting to tear down the walls he so clearly keeps around himself.

(This story follows the plot line of Scream VI very closely)
