Your Opinion of Billy can be very different depending On your interaction or the picture that was painted to you about him.

Some say his Dark ways was so evil they believed He had to be kin to the devil.
Others that knew him had a totally different view.

A wise woman once said being loyal makes the most fools in life but
A wise man once told me that loyalty is what guides your way through life.

No matter good or bad Billy's loyalty never changed some might view him as a fool , or a lost soul an some might say he's the definition of what true loyalty represents.
