~A Komamiki Fanfiction~ When Nagito wins a lottery that grants him acceptance to Hope's Peak Academy, he is unsure if he should attend. He feels like he does not deserve to be among the ultimates there. However, he decides to go there to help them shine as brightly as possible. At the same time, he gets news that he has cancer and will likely die from it, making him feel as though his destiny is to die trying to help the ultimate students that he has admired so much. Mikan, the Ultimate Nurse, is a girl with a troubled past. She has never had any friends and has been bullied and relentlessly abused her entire life. Unsure of how to pursue proper relationships with her classmates, she remains timid and unsure of herself unless she is doing her duties as a nurse. Both Mikan and Nagito attend the same class. As such, they naturally get to know each other. They soon realize they both have a lot in common and a bond slowly begins to develop between them as they are often put into situations together by chance. Little do they know, tragedy will grip their lives and they will end up changing the world for the worse. Their love will be tampered with and their feelings will be controlled by despair. Their lives will never be the same and the bond between them and everything they've worked for will be challenged and threatened. Will they manage to push through?
