Description
Phoenix Drop High's self-proclaimed heartthrobs, Garroth Ro'meave and Laurence Zvahl, used to be inseparable. But after falling apart during their sophomore year for unknown reasons, they're now known as the school's fated rivals. Garroth seems to be missing someone. Katelyn picks up on this after catching him sneaking mournful glances at the soccer oval. Laurence is acting different, avoiding people and throwing himself into his work life. Popularity be damned, everyone can see he looks exhausted. As time passes, students begin to suspect that there might be more to this 'rivarly'. They're two weeks into their Junior year and still haven't fought once. Everyone is living for the tension between them, waiting for one of them to snap.
