To achieve the status of the top student in the entire university is no simple feat, but some are willing to pay the price required to scale to such a lofty height. That price is often seen as a privilege by many students, which leads to an atmosphere of intense competition amongst them. The desire for status and recognition can turn fellow students into fierce rivals instead of friends and peers, constantly vying for one another's downfall while attempting to rise to the top.

But in this setting, failure is not an acceptable option. Only the top student will be selected for advancement, and all others will be eliminated. The elimination process may not be a simple one, but rather a horrifying one.

Luigi Rioja Gallego is a student who is currently under the pressure of this ruthless competition. Can he survive the challenge and earn the status of the top student, or will he fall victim to the cruel fate awaiting all those who fail?
