Description
Among long rolling hills of green, scattered with wildflowers lived two Kingdoms; that of the humans and that of the lords. The lords lived among all creatures, ruling over them with a firm and benevolent grasp. All creatures that is, but the humans. The humans years ago, demanded freedom from their kind rulers to go and commit evil as they deemed. The lords granted the humans freedom on condition that they respect and maintain the world that provided for them, including the lords themselves. King after king was born to the humans, each straying farther and farther from the good path, until eventually King Ameleo was crowned. He committed a sin so egregious the highest lord Amar was going to wipe out all of humanity. He ordered every subject in the kingdom to worship him. This is where our story begins... Princess Aster was left once again to pay the price for her father's mistakes; sacrificing herself at the feet of the Highest Lord Amar, when he proposed a counter offer. In return for her hand in marriage, he would spare her kingdom and only kill her father. Though she felt some semblance of guilt betraying her father to horrible fate, the offer was too good to refuse. Amar had his own reasons for marriage, the main one being to further torture the man who killed his father. What started out as a marriage of convenience, turned into something so much more as they realized they had more in common than they thought.
