I Arrive!

Durarara! The events in Ikebukuro are thrown in a twist when a new person named Bideo Gemu, who's name means video game when put together, shows up and messes with Izaya's plans. He always carries around some sort of handheld gaming device, but the games he plays make sense to no one. When they catch a glimpse of his screen, all they see are random flashing colors and various words that appear and disappear in an instant.
