Ellie is a young woman dreaming of the love she read about in books, but disappointed by the modern day equivalent. Adam is a recluse, scarred in more than one way and pushes everyone away. Fate, or rather a pushy relative, pushes the two of them together but is it too late for Adam to re-enter the world or is Ellie the presence of warmth that he needs to unfreeze his heart?
