After defeating another one of Eggman's schemes to take over the world with the help of Sonic The Hedgehog and friends Y/n returned to his home to find the Purple Hyper Emerald glowing with Chaos Energy and caused a flash of purple light which blinded him and sent him to another world and he was founded by a woman who found him passed out on the ground and took care of him until he awoke now knowing he's in another world he decides to stick around for a bit to learn things about this new world and takes some time to relax after all his fights with Eggman and goes to school under the name Y/n Harinezumi while meeting new people and friends What exciting things will happen to Y/n and will he be able to find a way home and leave or will he remain in the new world and forget his old life find out in Clannad X Male Hedgehog Reader
