in the city of Scetas. many people just live their lives in peace. playing duel monster and minding their own business. but at night, there is nothing but chaos and destruction. gang violence, illegally underground dueling, and the mafia run lose. many gangs and mafia fight each other so they can take control of the city by themselves. one of the members of the mafia is a girl name Selen Tatsuki, who 19 years old in college. being a part of the mafia to spread chaos as it is fun for her. but more importantly, to find someone.
