Having grown up in the Boston QZ after travelling their with her older brother, Daniel, per Marlene's request, Maeve doesn't remember much beyond the walls of the QZ-- other than the incident. However, when she is told she has a greater purpose, her world gets turned upside down as she is sent on a journey across the country.
