Sadie lost her mom when she was 5 years old due to breast cancer, so she lived with her adventurous father. At age 16, Sadie learns that she's diagnosed with heart disease. A bad incident leads her in the hospital. She starts to give up. Her father plans a trip to places he took her mother, where there's notes and pictures at each place from her mother to her. She learns to never give up and fights a little longer.
